Sr. International Brand Manager & Project Lead Bourne
As a Brand Team member co-responsible for the implementation of rebranding the total Douwe Egberts Professional coffee & tea portfolio. This includes packaging design, brand identity, branding machine, cross-selling, new DEP website and other OOH communication materials.
In addition, as Project Lead Bourne responsible for the overall packaging redesign and implementation of all OOH product categories.
From September 2013 part-time maternity leave replacement of the International Marketing Manager.
Operations / Project Management / Office Management
For this Strategic Communications Consultancy Agency I did the review of the existing organization and developed the optimization of the office processes including introduction and implementation of the new routings/work methods. Also the selection and coaching of new employees within the organization.
As account director involved in the pitch for Simavi and the SAN nominated campaign for Syntrus Achmea.
Furthermore worked on campaigns for the Cafitesse Awards & Ceremony and roll-out support of the Cafitesse Excellence concept.
Communication Project Manager
The Rabobank Connect business unit supported other Rabobank offices in their search for interim, flexible and qualified employees with expertise in areas as Business management, Insurance and Private Banking.
Our challenge was the market situation: a high demand for and a shortage of qualified candidates. Ambitious targets were set for wave 2: extend the talent pool from 150 to 270 in only 7 months. We did manage that and more!
Innovative and inspiring means were developed: a full online recruitment campaign, events a la X factor, spectaculars for fairs, campus visits via summer tour busses and so on.
